Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened

In original, sealed packaging

In resalable condition

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

Any return requests made after the 14-day period will be considered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@glowessiantials.com within the eligible return period. We may request confirmation and/or photos to verify the item’s condition before approving a return.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resalable condition, no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered successful once confirmed by the courier’s tracking system. Proof of delivery provided by the courier (including photo evidence where applicable) constitutes successful delivery.

Please note that being unavailable at the time of delivery or being away from home does not invalidate delivery confirmation.

Goodwill Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Such gestures are:
